Terms & Conditions

1. Two offers/ schemes can not be club together for Discount.
2. Discount can be availed only on one membership card per transaction.
3. Member should present/ inform about their Membership card before bill or Invoice is made by any of our affiliate. Once Invoice or Bill generate no Discount/Special Offer can be claimed.
4. Neels Holiday Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any loss in relation to the outcome of product or service sold by our affiliate.
5. Discount structure or offers set by our affiliates and us are subject to change.
6. Neels Holiday Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any loss due to Our Affiliate refuse for any discount/scheme by any reason. In such case we request to inform us with details of transaction (Paid Invoice/Bill) and we will try to reimburse the same from our affiliate.
7. I accept that Neels Holiday Privilege club is commercial activity run, controlled and owned by Neels Holiday Pvt. Ltd.
8. The membership is valid for 01 year.
9. Only immediate family members of membership card holder are allowed to use the Membership Card.
10. I understand that Neels Holiday Pvt. Ltd can communicate with me for any promotional activities of them and their affiliates and also can send promotional material at the given details. (Telephone, Mobile, Email ID and Postal Address)
11. After receiving the duly filled and signed membership application form, we will dispatch your personalized membership card within 30 working days.
12. Any disputes related to our service will be subject to Pune Jurisdiction only.
13. Neels Holiday Pvt. Ltd., Reserverd  all rightes of offring and terminating Privilege Club Membership.
14. All members should abide by terms and conditions regarding the usage of services of Neels Holiday Pvt. Ltd.
